  • 20 years as a member of the Marine Corps Force Recon Community
  • Prior PSD experience in multiple combat zones
  • DOS DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • School trained in Protective Security Formations and Motorcade Operations
  • Experience in High Threat Protection
  • Superb pistol and rifle marksmanship, Marine Corps Scout Sniper, Quantico, VA
  • Excellent physical health
  • Natural combat leader
  • Able to make difficult decisions in stressful situations
  • Platoon Sgt for Force Recon Platoon
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, PowerPoint, Falcon view, and Blue Force Tracker (B.F.T.) global position system
  • Management experience includes budget, staffing, startegic development, implementation for military units at the platoon and company level for contract companies in the security venue

Max resides in Boise, Idaho with his wife and children.
